At Rahab’s Sisters, we believe that community resilience must begin way before disaster response.

We are a proud to be a part of the East County Resilience Network, a group of nonprofits and government entities that will lead this unique and proactive approach to community resilience in East Portland. We are proud to be a part of this essential work, and to bring our guiding principal of Radical Hospitality to the table.

We wholeheartedly support Oregon House Bill 2990 that will support and galvanize this absolutely essential work.
